Erasmus+ staff mobility in Germany
Mis à jour le mercredi 31 août 2022 , par
The aim of this article is to give a feedback about the staff mobility I did from 13 June 2022 to 24 June 2022 at WEBK High School in Düsseldorf.
The overall objectives of the mobility were the following ones :
• share expertise with my German colleagues and exchange good practices,
• experience a new teaching environment (Düsseldorf is a place very different from Mana and such a mobility will be all the more instructive),
• acquire new innovative pedagogical and didactic skills as well as digital skills (there is certainly a lot to learn from my German colleagues),
• better prepare students for the world of work,
• connect with fellow German teachers to develop common activities, enhance cooperation between Léopold Elfort high school and Walter Eucken Berufskolleg and foster the development of our online collaboration through the etwinning project involving our schools.
I have had the opportunity to compare the French school system with the German school system. Below is the document I have drafted :
The training mobility has consisted mainly in job shadowing but I have had the opportunity to take part in teaching activities. I have given a presentation of French Guiana to several classes (in English and in German). Below is the slideshow.
That was a wonderful experience. I would like to thank my German colleagues for their kindness and their helpfulness !
